Neon Sign Museum | Las Vegas, Nevada

Las Vegas is known for it’s bright lights and neon signs and it’s constantly reinventing itself by knocking down casinos and rebuilding luxurious hotels. As the old buildings disappear, it’s the Neon Sign Museum that collects the old signs and keeps them for visitors to view what old Las Vegas was like. It’s a unique place and could be a photographers dream to shoot here. It was definitely on my bucket list of places I wanted to shoot, so one evening I decided to book the museum for the next day. The museum is open for tours, but photography is very limited and surprisingly they are extremely strict on this rule. If you book the place yourself (costs around $300) you get freedom to go around and shoot as you like, but you are watched like a hawk the entire time. My wife and I decided to venture over there in the early morning hours after a night of partying and gambling (not recommended to do together) and in our hangover state, managed to capture a few photos that bring back the glamour of old Las Vegas. This shoot is entitled “F A B U L O U S”
